Daniel joined Babin Bessner Spry as an associate in 2020, after summering and articling with the firm. He acts for clients in a wide range of complex commercial disputes, including in the areas of securities litigation, contractual disputes, claims for shareholder and other oppression remedies, director and officer liability, and class actions.

Daniel obtained his J.D from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, Daniel obtained his B.A. from Bishop’s University where he studied psychology.

Outside of work he enjoys spending time with friends, cooking, travelling and powerlifting.
