Rachel Rivas is a dedicated and technically skilled business professional with a versatile administrative support skill set who has worked in the Operations space for more than 25 years. She has helped manage the day to day operations for non-profits, real estate developers, health care providers, legal firms and her own bakery! Prior to joining Babin Bessner Spry LLP, Rachel supported the operations of two top-tier firms: Lenczner Slaght LLP and Baker McKenzie LLP.
Rachel oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm with responsibility for Finance, Facilities, Human Resources, Marketing / Event Planning and Information Technology.
Rachel understands the importance of teamwork and applies this mindset and work ethic to the management of the firm. She excels in resolving employer challenges with innovative solutions, systems and process improvements proven to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction and the bottom line.
